Caller Room Reservations

We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to all Callers who donated their time and talent to making the 2010 N.E. Convention a success and hope that you will again join us for the 53rd NESRDC in Biddeford, Maine in April of 2011.

Information on Caller Room Reservations is provided below.  Caller registration forms will be available soon.

The convention has blocked rooms at the Saco Hampton Inn for the Callers.  This is approximately a 10 minute drive to the schools where the convention will be held.  The room rate is secured and will include breakfast.  The rooms are available with either 2 queen beds or a single king.

IN ORDER TO RESERVE ONE OF THESE ROOMS, YOU MUST BE REGISTERED TO CALL AT THE CONVENTION.  THE HOTEL WILL NOT RELEASE ANY OF THESE ROOMS UNLESS YOUR NAMES ARE ON A LIST PROVIDED BY CALLER REGISTRATION.

    The rooming lists will be forwarded to the hotel on November 2, 2010.  After November 5th you will be able to call the hotel and give them your credit card information to hold the room.  This must be done by January 10, 2011.

The hotel's cancellation policy is 24 hours notice before check-in.
